Well... vector art... is something like... i get a drawing in bad resolution... like... 200 x 200 pixels...
Then... i put it in Flash MX 2004 or CorelDRAW [or other vector program]...
Then i use it as a background... i start to redraw it... line by line... color by color...
And i can add something new to the drawing too if i want...
The final part... is to export the drawing in the resolution that i wish.. even in poster size! ^__^V and it's done without bad quality! There's no loss of quality in this kind of art.
And you can do vector art from zero too... just put your imagination to work and start to draw line by line... add some colors... background... layers... effects... and export to finish!
